Prototype 0.4 private beta. Calm Record is designed to minimise collection of sensitive workplace information.

What happens to what you type

This version does not create an account, submit your entries to a server, use analytics, or intentionally store your record in browser storage. Your entries remain in the page's working memory while you use it. They may be lost if the page reloads, closes, crashes, or is discarded by your device.

What is stored offline

The app's static files — such as the interface, manifest and icons — may be cached on your device so the tool can open offline. The service worker does not put your workplace entries into that cache.

Copying and printing

If you choose Copy record or Print / Save PDF, your device handles that action. You are responsible for deciding where to save or share the resulting record and for protecting any sensitive information it contains.

Hosting metadata

Like most websites, the hosting provider may receive ordinary technical request information when your device loads the site, such as IP address, browser information, requested files and timestamps. Your Calm Record text is not included in those page requests by this prototype.

Do not enter information you are not permitted to possess or copy. This tool provides general information only and is not legal, medical or professional advice. If the situation is urgent or you are unwell, use appropriate emergency or professional support instead of relying on this tool.

Before any public release, this page should be reviewed against the final hosting, analytics, support and data practices actually used.
